"Kits expire in 3 months"
Unfortunately, I didn’t know that my order needed to be used within a 3-month period until I attempted to register my kit online. Guess it’s a lesson learned!

"Super helpful!"
I’ve become way more conscious of which foods are beneficial for my health. Sticking to Nylos' suggestions has really made a difference for me. Not only do I feel a lot better after eating, especially with less bloating, but my sleep has improved and I’m doing better in my workouts too!

I’m feeling a lot better thanks to the advice from Nylos food. After dealing with issues for years, I finally feel good, and my gut is happier too. My performance in sports has even gotten better. I’m confident I’ll crush it in the upcoming marathons.

"What’s not to love"

What a fantastic and incredibly seamless experience from beginning to finish! The kit showed up right on schedule, and the results came in just as quickly. I've been sticking to Nylos' nutritional advice for three months now, and I genuinely feel a lot better—less bloating, improved skin, and better sleep. Plus, I've cut back on coffee, which has helped lower my anxiety overall. I also shed about 5kg, and that’s a nice bonus :) Highly recommend!
